一入場便看到六位舞者圍圈而坐，身著黑色武士服。他們的身體訓練背景迥異，但開演前的熱身卻其樂融融，太極、雜技、跆拳道、巴西戰舞等不同的技藝互相嬉鬧遊戲，似乎預示了這會是一場好玩的演出。

香港芭蕾舞團主辦的「編舞家巡禮」系列演出，八個舞作風格多樣，要麼分篇章，講求情緒上的起承轉合，要麼一氣呵成，不給觀者留下任何喘息空間。有些編舞具備中國舞功底，還有一些在作品中糅入現代舞元素，以至於這一場演出看上去多元豐富，且跨界意味濃郁。
